This is the most satisfyingly delicious appetizer and my friends rave about it every time I make it so I thought I would share this extremely simple recipe with you.
The last time I made this, was when some of my closest friends and I went to my cabin in Westcliffe, CO. We spent four days hiking, doing outdoor yoga, side by siding, playing games and enjoying each other's company. It was a beautiful weekend despite COVID-19. This delicious starter didn't make it more than two days before being gobbled up by me and my friends. I love it because it has so many fresh vegetables and can be served with crackers, sausage, chips, pretzels, or just about any crispy vegetable like celery, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, etc.
