Healthy Fast Food ~ Tom Yam Soup




INGREDIENTS

1 pkg Blue Elephant Tom Yam Soup Mix

½ C Water

2 cloves garlic

1 stalk of lemon grass

15-20 medium shrimp

½ C Mushrooms- sliced

¼ C Green onion

2 TBS Cilantro

DIRECTIONS

Heat pan. Open Blue Elephant Tom Yam soup mix and put into pan. Add ½ C water, lemon grass and garlic, bring to a soft boil and add mushrooms and shrimp. Cook until Shrimp turns pink. Add green onion and cilantro and serve.
