INGREDIENTS
16 oz Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Salt
1 TBS Zaatar spice
4 TBS of Giardiniera Italian Mix
2 TBS of the oil from Giardiniera jar
DIRECTIONS
Mix the Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of salt. Put into a cheese cloth or dish towel and wrap it up. Put into a colander and set the colander inside of a bowl.
Put into refrigerator for 24 hours. Drain out any remaining liquid from the yogurt (now cheese) and spread into a pie plate.
Sprinkle with the Zaatar, and top with the Giardiniera and oil. Serve with crackers, bread, and/or veggies.
